Project Resume
The project it’s fruit of a previous contact between the Municipality of Liepaja (Latvia) and the Municipality of Vila Nova de Poiares (MVNP) (Portugal) concerning to digital transformation and quality learning opportunities in digital competencies for public administration. The Municipality of Miélec (Poland) is a twinning town from MVNP, which also discuss the interest on working this topic. Nevertheless, to approach adult education and contribute for organisational efficiency we needed a partner outside each municipality with experience on adult education and non-formal and informal education. The previous relationship established between MVNP and the IEBA open a door to this collaboration.
